Loomis: “The street urchins fear this unit because they’re proactive!”

Veteran Detective Steve Loomis joined Strictly Speaking to discuss Cuyahoga County Council’s aggressive agenda to disband the highly effective Downtown Safety Patrol run by the Sheriff’s office. A tragic accident during a police chase is being used by opponents of the Safety Patrol as an excuse to end it.
