Co-sponsor of anti-DEI bill curiously cropped out of signing photo by left-wing newspaper

The reprehensible “journalists” and editors at the Cleveland Plain Dealer and Cleveland.com are rightly catching heat for their indefensible presentation of the signing ceremony for Senate Bill 1 on Friday.  Governor Mike DeWine hosted Senator Jerry Cirino, who sponsored the anti-DEI bill on the Senate side, along with House Speaker Matt Huffman, Lt. Governor Jim Tressel, and co-sponsor of the House version, Rep. Josh Williams.

The Governor’s office distributed a handsome photo of the new law, surrounded by those who made it possible, but Cleveland.com decided they just couldn’t possibly run the full photo…so they cropped out Tressel, and more interestingly, Rep. Williams.

Was the left-wing rag just a little too uncomfortable letting readers know that a black representative was opposed to DEI, CRT, and other divisive programs and policies at Ohio colleges and universities? You be the judge.

Spoiler alert: Yes, they were.
